What is a Serviced Apartment?
A serviced apartment is the modern alternative to staying in a hotel. You can have a “home away from home” experience with the convenience and freedom of staying in a luxury fully furnished apartment, whilst also having the comfort of a hotel, including a maid and fresh linen/towel service, free wireless broadband, and 24 hour guest support.
What are your apartments like?
All of our apartments are stylish and fitted with modern amenities. Each apartment comes with fully equipped kitchens, bathroom with power shower, and a weekly maid/linen service included in the price. Our apartments also come with complimentary high-speed wi-fi, flat screen TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washer/dryer facilities and local information & welcome pack.
What is included in the price?
Services and facilities differ between apartments but generally include:
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi connection as standard
- Weekly housekeeping (including change of linen and towels and full clean)
- All utilities/ bills
- Fully equipped modern kitchens, washer/ dryers
- Television with Freeview
- Free parking
- Local area information
How often are the apartments serviced?
For stays of 7 nights or longer, a maid and fresh linen/towel service is included in the price. However additional maid services can be requested. (charges apply).
How do I get access to my apartment, and will I be met on arrival?
Access differs between locations, but details are always sent to you prior to arrival. You will be met by someone from Wycombe Apartments who will hand over keys and provide a walk-though of the apartment.
What happens if there is an emergency?
Our apartments provide 24 hour guest support, meaning someone from Wycombe Apartments will be available to assist with any emergencies that cannot wait until the office is open on the following day. Contact details will be provided on arrival.
How and when do I pay for my apartment?
All payments are required prior to commencing your stay. Further details on payments can be found in our terms and conditions.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations, for whatever reason must be made in writing. The cancellation policy can be found in our terms and conditions.
We will always try and work with you in the event you have to cancel, however it is often not possible for us to re-let your apartment which makes our cancellation policy necessary.
Is there internet access?
We provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in all of our apartments.
How many people can stay in one of your apartments?
All our apartments have one bedroom and can therefore accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
Do you offer discounts for long-term stays?
Our apartments specifically cater for longer term corporate stays and our pricing is reflected in the length of the booking. Please speak to one of our reservations team to discuss your personal requirements.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Our standard check-in time is 3.00pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day, check-out time is 12.00 noon. Subject to availability, early check-ins and late check outs are sometimes possible, and charges may apply.
Is there parking available?
Car parking is free and available for one car only. Please note this facility is provided at the customer's risk. For further information on parking availability please contact us.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are permitted strictly by prior arrangement only. Additional cleaning charges may apply.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
The minimum length of stay in our apartments is two nights. Rates vary depending on the length of the booking. Please contact our reservations team for all enquiries.
How do I make a reservation?
Reserving one of our apartments couldn’t be easier. This can be done by visiting our website and submitting an enquiry, or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can contact our reservations team on +44 (0)7779 58 33 66.
Do I need to bring my reservation confirmation with me when I check-in?
Yes, please bring your reservation confirmation with you. You will also be required to show some form of ID and the credit/debit card that was used to make the booking.
Is a Security Deposit required?
A £200 security deposit will need to be paid / pre-authorised before arrival. Wycombe Apartments reserves the right to charge you for any missing items, any damage caused to the property during your stay, or any additional cleaning. We will provide you with full breakdown of such charges which may include an administrative fee to recover our costs.
